Noibu's Performance Agent: AI for Core Web Vitals and Ecommerce Site Speed

Noibu's Performance Agent finds the pages and resources slowing real shoppers down, ranks them by the revenue on each template, and drafts the change, such as image, script, or layout work, for a person to approve. After it ships, it measures Core Web Vitals and conversion on the affected pages, before and after.
TL;DR
- Works from real-user Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) by template and device, not one lab score.
- Ranks slow pages by sessions and revenue on each template.
- Drafts the change, such as image, script, or layout work, for a person to approve.
- Measures Core Web Vitals and conversion after the change ships.
Speed work usually stalls in the same place. A Lighthouse report lists dozens of opportunities, nobody knows which ones matter for revenue, and the developer time goes elsewhere. Meanwhile a single theme update or app install can undo months of progress without anyone noticing.
Noibu is AI for ecommerce operations, the always-on optimization system that keeps online stores running at their best. A team of supervised AI agents finds what's broken, slow, or leaking revenue, does the work, and hands results back for human approval.
What is Noibu's Performance Agent?
The Performance Agent is one of Noibu's six supervised AI agents. It owns one outcome: faster pages for real shoppers on the templates that carry revenue. It reads real-user Core Web Vitals from every session, finds the templates and resources behind slow loads, unresponsive taps, and layout shift, and drafts the work to address them.
01
Finds
Slow LCP, laggy INP, and layout shift on real sessions, by template and device.
02
Quantifies
Sessions and revenue on each slow template, so product pages on mobile come before blog posts.
03
Drafts
The change to make, such as deferring a script, resizing images, or reserving layout space.
04
Measures
Core Web Vitals and conversion on the affected templates after the change ships.
How does the Performance Agent work?
- Measure real users. It collects LCP, INP, and CLS from every session rather than one simulated visit
- Group by template. It reports home, collection, product, cart, and checkout separately, split by device
- Find the cause. It identifies the resources and elements behind each problem, such as a hero image, a third-party script, or a late-loading widget
- Draft the change. It writes the change for a developer or store owner to review
- Watch for regressions. After the change ships, it tracks the vitals so a later release or app install that slows things down is caught quickly
What data does it work from?
The agent works from Noibu's real-user monitoring data tied to sessions: Core Web Vitals per page view, the resources that loaded, the device and connection, and what the shopper did next. That link between speed and behavior is what lets it rank work by revenue rather than by which score is reddest.

Noibu launch announcement, September 2026
For reference, the top 10% of ecommerce performers held LCP near 1.58 seconds, INP near 80 to 85 milliseconds, and CLS near 0.02 on real users during Holiday 2025 peak load, according to the Noibu Holiday 2025 Ecommerce Benchmark Report. A brand group running eight storefronts uses the same data to sync Core Web Vitals and errors across all of them each morning.
What stays human?
Every Noibu agent is supervised. It does the investigation and drafts the work; a person decides what ships. Nothing deploys to a live store on its own.
| Step | Agent | Person |
|---|---|---|
| Find and rank the issue | Finds slow templates and ranks them | Reviews the ranked list |
| Investigate the cause | Identifies the resources behind each problem | Reads the evidence |
| Draft the change | Writes the change | Approves or rejects |
| Ship | Waits for approval | Decides when it goes live |
| Measure | Reports vitals and conversion before and after | Checks the result |

Where do you use it?
Teams work with the Performance Agent inside the Noibu console or from Claude through the Noibu plugin for Claude. It is one of six agents, alongside Bug Resolution, Performance, CRO, A/B Testing, ADA Compliance, and ROAS, and they share one data layer, so a finding from one agent can become work for another.
How do you try it on your own store?
The fastest way to see the agent work is a free website audit. Noibu runs all six agents on your real store data for two weeks; findings come back quantified, with session replays one click away. With at least two approved changes deployed, each agent reports what actually happened to the metric it promised to move, before and after.
Frequently asked questions
What does Noibu's Performance Agent do?
It finds the pages and resources slowing real shoppers down, ranks them by the revenue on each template, drafts the change for a person to approve, and measures Core Web Vitals and conversion after it ships.
Does it use lab scores like Lighthouse?
It works primarily from real-user Core Web Vitals collected from every session, split by template and device. Lab tools are still useful for diagnosing a specific page once real-user data points to it.
Which Core Web Vitals does it cover?
Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, and Cumulative Layout Shift, measured on real shoppers.
Can it catch speed regressions after a release?
Yes. It keeps tracking vitals after changes ship, so a release, theme update, or app install that slows a template down shows up quickly.
Will it change my site without approval?
No. It drafts the change, and a person reviews and approves it before anything reaches the live store.
