Noibu's ADA Agent: AI That Finds and Helps Close Accessibility Gaps

Noibu ADA Agent flagging accessibility issues on an ecommerce page

Noibu's ADA Agent scans your storefront against WCAG standards, prioritizes accessibility issues by the pages and shoppers they affect, and drafts the changes to address them for a person to review. It helps your team work toward accessibility continuously, rather than only at audit time, with people deciding what ships.

TL;DR

  • Scans your storefront against WCAG standards, page by page.
  • Prioritizes issues by the templates and shoppers they affect, starting with checkout and product pages.
  • Drafts the changes to address them, such as labels, contrast, and focus order, for review.
  • Keeps checking after every release, so new gaps are caught early.

Accessibility has moved from a nice-to-have to a business risk for online stores. It also tends to be handled as a one-time audit: a long report arrives, a few items get addressed, and the next theme update introduces new gaps. Shoppers who rely on screen readers or keyboards hit those gaps every day.

Noibu is AI for ecommerce operations, the always-on optimization system that keeps online stores running at their best. A team of supervised AI agents finds what's broken, slow, or leaking revenue, does the work, and hands results back for human approval.

What is Noibu's ADA Agent?

The ADA Agent is one of Noibu's six supervised AI agents. It owns one outcome: fewer accessibility barriers on your storefront. It finds gaps against WCAG standards, prioritizes the ones on revenue-critical pages, and drafts the work to address them. It helps your team with ADA and accessibility; it does not by itself make a store compliant, and legal decisions stay with your team and counsel.

01

Finds

WCAG issues such as missing labels, low contrast, keyboard traps, and missing alt text.

02

Prioritizes

By template and traffic, starting with checkout, cart, and product pages.

03

Drafts

The change for each issue, with the element and the guideline it relates to.

04

Re-checks

Templates after each release, so new gaps do not pile up between audits.

How does the ADA Agent work?

  1. Scan. It runs automated WCAG checks across your templates, not just the homepage
  2. Prioritize. It ranks issues by the pages and traffic they affect, so a checkout form problem outranks one on an archive page
  3. Draft. It writes the change for each issue, such as an accessible label or a contrast adjustment, with the relevant guideline noted
  4. Review. A person reviews and approves each change; manual testing with a keyboard and screen reader is still recommended
  5. Re-check. It re-scans after changes and releases so progress holds

What data does it work from?

Because Noibu is deployed on the storefront and sees every session, the agent can scan the pages shoppers actually visit and weigh issues by real traffic. Automated checks catch many common issues but not all of them, which is why manual testing and expert review remain part of a sound accessibility program.

Accessibility issues also cost conversions. A shopper who cannot reach the size selector or complete the checkout form with a keyboard leaves, and like most shoppers who hit a problem, rarely reports it: over 90% of website errors are never reported by customers, according to Noibu platform data.

What stays human?

Every Noibu agent is supervised. It does the investigation and drafts the work; a person decides what ships. Nothing deploys to a live store on its own.

Where do you use it?

Teams work with the ADA Agent inside the Noibu console or from Claude through the Noibu plugin for Claude. It is one of six agents, alongside Bug Resolution, Performance, CRO, A/B Testing, ADA, and ROAS, and they share one data layer, so a finding from one agent can become work for another.

How do you try it on your own store?

The fastest way to see the agent work is a free website audit. Noibu runs all six agents on your real store data for two weeks; findings come back quantified, with session replays one click away. With at least two approved changes deployed, each agent reports what actually happened to the metric it promised to move, before and after.

Frequently asked questions

What does Noibu's ADA Agent do?

It scans an ecommerce storefront against WCAG standards, prioritizes accessibility issues by the pages and traffic they affect, drafts changes to address them for human review, and re-checks after releases.

Will the ADA Agent make my store fully accessible?

It helps your team find and close accessibility gaps, but no tool on its own guarantees compliance. Manual testing, expert review, and legal advice remain part of a complete program.

Which accessibility standards does it check against?

It checks against WCAG standards, the guidelines most commonly used to assess website accessibility.

Does it change my site automatically?

No. It drafts each change, and a person reviews and approves it before anything reaches the live store.

How often does it check for new issues?

Continuously, including after releases and theme or app changes, so new gaps are caught between full audits.
