Noibu Named a Best Workplace in Canada 2026

The Noibu team, named a Best Workplace in Canada 2026 by Great Place To Work

Noibu has been named one of Canada's Best Workplaces for 2026 by Great Place To Work, landing at #9 on the national list in the 100–999 employee category. The recognition is based on direct, confidential feedback from Noibuites — not a panel, not an application essay — which is exactly why it means something to us.

We build software that helps the world's biggest retailers see what's actually happening on their sites. It turns out the same instinct — wanting to know the real story, not the polished version — is how we like to run the company too. This list is built that way.

What the Best Workplaces in Canada list actually measures

The Best Workplaces in Canada ranking isn't decided by leadership or bought with a nomination. Great Place To Work determines it primarily through the Trust Index survey — anonymous responses from employees about how they experience the company day to day: whether they trust leadership, feel respected, find meaning in the work, and believe people are treated fairly regardless of who they are.

In other words, the score reflects what our team says when no one's name is attached. Placing #9 nationally means Noibuites, on the whole, told the truth and the truth was good.

"This recognition comes straight from our team's own feedback, which is the only kind of recognition that actually means anything. We spend our days helping retailers see the truth about their sites. It matters to me that the people doing that work feel the same honesty and trust inside Noibu."
— Kailin Noivo, President & Co-Founder, Noibu

The company behind the ranking

A few things shape how it feels to work here:

  • People supported from day one. Benefits start on your first day and the company invests in growth through mentorship, continuous learning, and real career paths.
  • Flexibility that's actually built in. From May through September, the whole team gets an extra day off each month. You can work abroad for up to 90 days a year. And the office closes from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.
  • Open communication, accessible leadership. Transparency isn't a poster on the wall, it's how decisions get made and shared, with leadership that stays reachable as the company scales.

What ties those together is a low tolerance for guesswork. We'd rather surface a hard truth early and fix it than discover it two weeks later — and that applies to how we treat each other as much as to the product.

Why this matters beyond a badge

Great places to build careers and great places to build products tend to be the same places. The team that feels trusted and heard is the team that ships work it's proud of — and our customers feel the difference in the quality of what we build and the people they work with.

We're proud to share this list with companies we admire, and prouder still that the people who earned it for Noibu are the ones we get to work alongside every day.
