The Noibu trial: Why we run a proof of concept (POC)

proof of concept icon
TL;DR — What you’ll get from the Noibu POC
  • Six agents live on your store — Pre-built AI agents run on your real store data from day one: bugs, page speed, CRO, A/B testing, ADA compliance, and ad spend.
  • Work drafted, not just findings — Every revenue opportunity is quantified in dollars, and the agent drafts the change: a GitHub pull request, a Shopify preview, or a staged draft.
  • You approve what ships — Nothing goes live without a human yes. You review the evidence, approve or decline, and the impact is measured automatically.
  • At least two changes live before we talk price — You leave the trial with approved improvements shipped, measured, and attributed on your own store.

What is the Noibu Proof of Concept (POC)?

Noibu's POC is a free 1–2 week trial where our AI agents go to work on your live ecommerce store. In one 30-minute call, we install Noibu via the Shopify app or GTM, connect your AI, GitHub, and ad accounts, and set the agents on recurrence: Store Pulse daily; checkout, segment, product, and ADA compliance analysis weekly.

From there, the agents find revenue opportunities in your store's own data, quantify them in dollars, and draft the recommended action — staged for your approval. You approve, edit, or decline. The impact of everything that ships is measured automatically.

At the end of the trial, you're not looking at a report. You're looking at work that got done: what shipped, what it moved, and what it's worth annualized.

Why do ecommerce leaders choose to run a POC?

1. See finished work, not another dashboard

Most tools surface fragments of the problem and hand the work back to your team. The POC proves the opposite motion: the agents find the opportunity, attach the evidence — session replays, heatmaps, revenue math — and draft the change. Seeing the problem was never the bottleneck. Acting on it was.

"We went from, it would take me like two weeks to debug a terrible site-affecting error, to it would take me maybe half a day. It gives you the space to be a bit more of a big-idea person."
— Kelsey Vonk, Ecommerce Marketing Manager at Totally Bamboo

2.  See if you're leaving $5K on the table — or $500K

Every opportunity the agents surface is quantified in revenue, using your store's own sessions, conversion rate, and order values — no industry benchmarks standing in for your numbers. You'll know whether a slow PDP template is a minor drag or whether a single checkout blocker is costing six figures a year, and every figure links to the sessions behind it.

3. Validate the approval gate with your own team

Handing AI the keys to a live store is the fear that kills these projects. So the POC is built to prove we never ask you to. Every agent stages its work for review — a pull request, a preview, a draft — routed to whoever you choose. Your call is final, every time. Two weeks is enough to see exactly how that gate works with your team, your theme, and your release process.

"Noibu's agents can tell us in a week that conversions have gone up, or add-to-carts have gone up, right away. We don't have to wait for some expert to come in, read the data, and then tell us."
— Hamza Iqbal, Co-Founder at A-DIY

4. Test the consolidation case before you commit

Noibu doesn't join your stack — it replaces pieces of it. During the trial you'll see native A/B testing, session replay, heatmaps, performance monitoring, and ADA compliance running inside one platform, run by agents. By the closeout, you'll have a line-by-line view of the tools it retires and the agency retainer hours it hands back — so the budget conversation is a savings conversation.

"Noibu's data paired with best-of-breed AI has basically unlocked what it would feel like to hire a team of ten people. The question is no longer 'which tool do I open today?' It's 'which workflow should run this week?'"
— Donny Araujo, Founder at CarsnCards

What makes the Noibu POC different from typical trials?

Most free trials show you product features in a sandbox. The Noibu POC ships real improvements on your live store, with your approval, in 1–2 weeks.

  • Real work, on your real store: The agents run on your live data — every session, order, and Core Web Vital — not a demo account.
  • Every opportunity priced in revenue: Findings arrive quantified in dollars, with the session replays one click away.
  • The approval gate, proven: Changes arrive as pull requests, previews, and drafts. You see exactly how human control works before you spend anything.
  • Measured outcomes, not promises: Every approved change gets a before/after on the metric it promised to move — documented automatically.
  • Success criteria agreed up front: We define your business objectives and technical goals at kickoff, and the closeout grades every one honestly.

Who should participate?

  • Head of Ecommerce / VP Digital: See revenue opportunities quantified, changes shipped, and the tool spend Noibu replaces.
  • Ecommerce / Site Experience Lead: Watch the weekly analysis land in your inbox or Slack — checkout, segments, products, abandoned carts — with the evidence attached.
  • Engineering Lead / Developer (optional): Review agent-drafted pull requests against your real theme. Many trial stores ship changes with zero in-house developers.

You'll name an approver for each agent's output. That, one 30-minute call, and GitHub access if you want code changes as PRs — that's the whole list.

Why it matters?

The goal of the POC isn't to show you another dashboard. It's to prove, on your own store, that your team can:

  • Receive finished work instead of a growing backlog
  • Approve improvements in minutes, with evidence one click away
  • Measure the exact impact of every change that ships
  • Run the whole loop without adding headcount

You don't need to believe it sounds too good to be true. Run it free, on your own data, and decide on the evidence.

"Without Noibu and the AI Plugin, we'd be forced to go back to operating the way we did before: less efficient, less informed, doing things by feel instead of by data."
— Howie Shapiro, COO at Creative Bag

FAQs

What is a Noibu Proof of Concept (POC)?

A free 1–2 week trial where Noibu’s six AI agents run on your live ecommerce store. They find revenue opportunities, quantify them in dollars, and draft the changes — staged for your approval. At least two approved changes go live and get measured before any pricing conversation.

What happens during the setup call?

Everything, in 30 minutes: Noibu installed via the Shopify app or GTM, Claude or Codex connected (we provide AI licenses if you need them), GitHub, Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad accounts linked, a business-context file built for your store, and two or more teammates set up. Agents are scheduled the same day.

What do the agents actually do during the trial?

Store Pulse runs daily. Checkout, segment, product, abandoned-cart, and ADA compliance analysis run weekly. Each agent finds opportunities to improve, drafts the recommended action with the business case attached, and stages it for your review.

Will anything ship without our approval?

No. Every change waits for a human yes. Changes arrive as GitHub pull requests, Shopify previews, or drafts, routed to whoever you choose. You approve, edit, or decline — your call is final.

Who on my team should participate?

An ecommerce or digital leader and a named approver for each agent’s output. A developer is helpful if you want code changes as PRs, but many trial stores ship changes with no in-house dev team at all.

How do I get started?

Contact your account executive or email info@noibu.com. One 30-minute call and your agents are running the same day.
